The wise men brought their riches to Christ,

Three of the gifts of greatest price.

Symbols of His life and of His death,

 Mary just pondered this under her breath.

When they saw the star,

they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.

And when they were come into the house,

they saw the young child with Mary his mother,

and fell down, and worshipped him:

and when they had opened their treasures,

they presented unto him gifts;

gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.

IS FOR FAITHFUL

He is faithful, true and holy

He is Lord, the one and only.

From out of the seed of Abraham
Was born the pure and holy Lamb.

And the angel of the LORD called unto

Abraham out of heaven the second time,

And said, By myself have I sworn,

saith the LORD, for because thou

hast done this thing, and hast not

withheld thy son, thine only son:

That in blessing I will bless thee,

and in multiplying I will multiply thy

seed as the stars of the heaven,

and as the sand which is upon the sea shore;

and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;

IS FOR ETERNAL

The Eternal God, the Everlasting Father,

The Prince of Peace is He.

He gave up his eternal glory

To redeem lost souls like me.

For thy Maker is thine husband;

the LORD of hosts is his name;

and thy Redeemer the

Holy One of Israel;

The God of the whole

earth shall he be called.

IS FOR DELIVERER

In Zechariah chapter nine and verse nine

The prophet foretold of the one so divine.

Born of a virgin to live among men,

The deliverer would come to save us from sin.

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion;

shout, O daughter of Jerusalem:

behold, thy King cometh unto thee:

he is just, and having salvation; lowly,

and riding upon an ass,

and upon a colt the foal of an ass.

ZECHARIAH 9:9

And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written,

There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer,

and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

IS FOR CLOTH

A manger, sheep and cattle around,
A baby in swaddling clothes was found,

No spot or blemish could be seen in this lamb,

The infant Redeemer, The Savior, I AM.

And, lo, the angel of the Lord

came upon them, and the glory of the

Lord shone round about them:

and they were sore afraid.

And the angel said unto them,

Fear not: for, behold,

I bring you good tidings of great joy,

which shall be to all people.

For unto you is born this day

in the city of David a Saviour,

which is Christ the Lord.

And this shall be a sign unto you;

Ye shall find the babe wrapped

in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

He was born as a baby in Bethlehem town

In conditions so lowly it would cause us to frown,

This baby Jesus, the King of all kings

On the day of his birth the angels did sing.

And suddenly there was with the angel

a multitude of the heavenly host praising God,

and saying, Glory to God in the highest,

and on earth peace, good will toward men.

IS FOR ABIDE

Jesus the Savior came to abide

To live in a world of sin.

God had a plan for this small child.

Our soul’s he came to win.

Who gave himself for us

that he might redeem us from all iniquity,

and purify unto himself a peculiar people,

zealous of good works.

Titus 2:14
